Privacy Notice
How Techsilon handles the identity data behind your account and sign-in.

This document describes what we actually do today, and it applies from the date above. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel — that review is being scoped, and this page will be updated when it is done.
Who we are
Techsilon LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We build and operate software products; the ones you can sign in to today, and the ones still in development, are listed on our home page. We are responsible for the identity data described in this notice, and we decide how it is used.
If you signed in at pulsilon.com, the account you created is a Techsilon account — not a Pulsilon-only one. Pulsilon, a business health check for small-business owners, is the product with a live sign-in today; as further products launch, the same account will sign you in to those too. That is why this notice sits here rather than on any one product's site.

One Techsilon account signs you in to every Techsilon product. This notice covers that account — the identity data we hold about you and the sign-in that uses it.
It does not cover what an individual product does with the data you give it once you are inside. Each product has its own privacy notice. Pulsilon's is at pulsilon.com/privacy. If your question is about something you entered into a product, that notice is the one to read.

How you sign in, and what we receive
Sign-in is served from auth.techsilon.com. There are three ways in, and none of them involves a password:
- Email magic link. You give us your email address and we send you a one-time sign-in link. We receive your email address.
- Google. We ask Google for the non-sensitive
email,profileandopenidscopes only. We receive your email address, and your name and profile picture where Google provides them. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or your contacts, and could not read them if we tried. - GitHub. We receive your email address, and your name, username and avatar where GitHub provides them.
We never set, store or ask you for a password. There is no Techsilon password that could be leaked or reused.
When you choose to sign in with Google or GitHub, that provider knows you signed in to Techsilon. What they do with that is covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Why we hold it
We use your identity data to:
- create your Techsilon account and recognise you when you return
- sign you in to Techsilon products with that one account
- send the sign-in emails you ask for
- contact you about the account itself — security, closure, and changes to this notice or our terms
- keep sign-in working and protect it from abuse
That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who else handles it
We use these service providers to run the account and sign-in. They act on our instructions and for no other purpose:

Nobody else receives your identity data unless you ask us to share it, or the law requires us to.
This website
Separately from your account, two things are worth stating plainly about techsilon.com itself:
- We run no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site. We are not counting you.
- Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts and a scheduling widget from Cal.com. Both see your IP address as an ordinary part of serving the request.
If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are delivered to us by Resend and land in a Techsilon mailbox. We keep it for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and you can ask us to delete it at privacy@techsilon.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your identity data for as long as your account is open. When you close your account we delete the identity record within 30 days. Copies may survive in routine backups for a short period after that, until those backups age out and are overwritten.
Data held inside an individual product is kept according to that product's own privacy notice, not this one.
Your choices, and how to make a request
Email privacy@techsilon.com from the address on your account and you can ask us to:
- tell you what identity data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it and close your account
- explain anything in this notice
We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm you control the account before we act on a request — usually by sending a link to the address on it.
Closing your Techsilon account ends your sign-in to every Techsilon product. Check what that means inside any product you rely on before you ask us to close it.
Who this is for
Techsilon products are business tools, directed at users in the United States. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for under-18s. If you believe a child has an account with us, email privacy@techsilon.com and we will remove it.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes we update this page and change the version and date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your identity data, we will email the address on your account.
